You should have gone by the end of day 3. Unless it's a St. Patricks day Guiness hangover, in which case give it another week.

Oh Pat, please at least call the doc! Have you taken anything that works for you at all? Even just a tiny bit?

Are you seeing colors? Pukey? Need complete silence and darkness? (Those are the WORST migraines and even Imitrex didn't help.)
