Weekend Review

I had the best weekend. I spent the whole time with my husband and only my husband. Well, the cats were there, too. We didn't leave the house from the time we got home from work on Friday until we left for work this morning. It was like being away on a vacation! No one bothered us and we had no obligations to anyone but ourselves. Ahhhh!

Christmas has been put away for another year, the house is organized, we read and listened to music, the exercise room is now completely functional (and I tried it out to be sure), we conducted sleep experiments to see what's up with my (lack of) sleeping, and we did a lot of talking. Lots and lots of talking. He's my favorite person on earth and who better to spend a weekend talking to than your favorite person on earth?

Indeed.

Anyway, it was great to have such a satisfying and relaxing weekend. I hope to be able to do it again soon. Maybe next weekend...

Sounds like a super great weekend!
I had a good one chillin' with him and the kids, doing nothing much but watching all the sports and movies at night! Those make for the best weekends!

Got to admit to a smidgeon of jealousy here--our weekend was pretty busy, and I don't think I have a free one till at least May! But at least I did get to spend much of it with my favorite person, too!

we had a great weekend too ... nothing but relaxing, watching movies and hanging with the fam.

My weekend wasn't that relaxing. I'm glad somebody's was. Buzz must have lots of time on his hands now that he closed up his blog site. I miss his comments-he was one of the first ones I read when I started up. Putting out stuff regularly does get stressful thinking of interesting things. Anyway, keeep warm and enjoy your week.
