My 1000th Post

You'd think I'd have something splendiferous to say on my 1000th post. But I don't. All I can think about is how we're heading off to North Carolina on Saturday and I haven't even started to plan for it. This is a big deal! And it's crowding my brain, leaving no room for splendiferousity.

How I was so very happy to be going to North Carolina! OOOhhhh, I like it there. Well, I have mainly only been in the far western part but there are some great mountainy places and waterfalls, and great white-water rafting. Take me!

Well, I'm not at all qualified to comment on your post count (I'm still at less than 600!) but I can certainly say something about you two heading down to North Carolina:

COME ON DOWN!!!! The weather is supposed to be unbelievably beautiful this weekend, mostly clear and sunny with highs in the low 70's through the weekend and into next week.
