I am a rule follower. I have never felt comfortable downloading music because it's illegal and all, but I have done it. Sometimes you just get desperate to hear a song! On the other hand, I'm not happy with the RIAA right now either. So what am I supposed to do??
I am in the midst of incredible frustration due to problems I'm having with a couple of songs that I downloaded today for the Feel Good disc I'm making. It makes me want to go out and buy the albums just so I can avoid these little glitchy noises or screeching scratching noises from the downloaded copies. But then we're back to the RIAA.
AHHH!!!
I didn't download for a long time because it is illegal. But then I realized...so is price fixing. How long have we been shelling out $15+ for a new CD when we know damn well we can copy it ourselves for under 50 cents. I've come to the conclusion that music sharing is a class action lawsuit. Our way of telling the RIAA that we no longer accept their terms for doing business.
Trying to bully us by suing 12 year old girls only makes me more adament. If only I had a broadband connection :(
PS - What songs are you looking for?
