FRIENDS

Between periods of the Flyers game (2-0, Flyers) - time to post!!
I was thinking about a time up at our friend Beanne's mountain cabin. If you can imagine this, we were all drinking and pretty well-oiled. She was playing "The Best of The Band" and the song, "The Weight", came on. Do I need to tell you that this is one of my favorite songs of all time?? I asked everyone in the room (who was conscious at the time) to tell me what all of the words were to this song. Beanne wrote down the words as they were sung. The next day, all I could decipher from what she had written was the word "NO!" from this part of the song:
"Hey, mister, can you tell me where a man might find a bed?"
He just grinned and shook my hand, and "No!", was all he said.
This is one of my fondest memories. Thanks, Beanne!
